Challenge
Update the TRX website with the new Neon product brand that we created, while utilizing the existing HubSpot CMS framework.
Solution
The objective of the new TRX website was to refresh the content, architecture and design to match the updated brand identity that TSG developed for their flagship product, Neon.
TSG began by investigating the functionality, limitations and opportunities of the existing TRX website before beginning the wireframe phase of the redesign. This was critical, because the existing website resided on the HubSpot CMS, part of a larger inbound marketing solution.
We knew that TRX, like most businesses, relied on their website as a tool to generate leads and promote their product, so we were determined to make the website as intuitive and engaging as possible to keep visitors on the site longer and to make learning more about the product extremely simple.
We accomplished that goal in a number of ways. First, the new site included a large Javascript image slider that highlighted key product benefits and provided targeted links to pages within the site. We also reworked site navigation, redesigned the site’s graphics, widened the site from 800 pixels to 960 pixels to reflect current web standards, and added callouts in various places allowing faster and easier communication between prospects and TRX representatives.
