Land Rover “DiG” Event Support

Challenge

Support Land Rover University as they launched a training event focused on immersing their employees in the Land Rover brand.

Solution

Land Rover first asked if we had any ideas for how to build and manage a portal that was an improvement upon how they currently registered their employees for this brand training. The registration site needed to not only be cost effective, but also simple for retailers to use and easy for Land Rover University to manage. TSG identified Eventbrite as a cost-efficient tool with the ideal mix of functionality and customization capabilities, making it the ideal solution for an online portal for the Dipped in Green training.

We started by setting up the portal for the multi-day training, including allow for custom fields which helped Land Rover University gather additional necessary information such as shirt sizes and transportation preferences. Having these details in advanced helped the event get off to the smoothest start possible. TSG then worked to create custom graphics for the site that fit with the Dipped in Green event identity and still worked with the Land Rover corporate identity guidelines. Once tested and launched, Land Rover employees were notified that registration was available via branded HTML email and were able to easily select from multiple dates to attend. In addition to creating and supporting the digital portal, TSG designed and provided custom t-shirts designed specifically for the event.
