Conceptualize and design a world-class dealer product launch and training for Audi's re-designed flagship vehicle.
In designing this first-class training and launch event for the 2010 Audi A8, we wanted to be sure that our recommendations reflected so much more than just a chance for managers and dealership staff to drive the new vehicle and learn about its features and benefits. Our solution was comprised of four key components: Launch event theme development; Web-based training development; An advocate launch event; and In-dealership training. The core of the product launch and training event was the advocate launch event, where key Audi employees, such as sales managers and dealership executives, would get an immersive training on the vehicle, starting with an amazing opening reveal reception. We designed all aspects of this reception, from the table settings to the stage to the multimedia lighting and video experience. Our objective was to deliver an amazingly luxurious experience to these dealers so that they could, in turn, give that same experience back to the A8 customer - or any other Audi customer for that matter.
